Mr. Cooper always checks your income, debt and assets to fulfill eligibility criteria before approval of mortgage loan. A particular mortgage offer is not combined and tranfered with any other mortgage loan.
Mr Cooper Mortgage Payment and Address
Mr Cooper allows you to pay your mortgage online and also by mail or phone or automatically recurring. There are following options.
- Autopay Method: Your monthly amount is deducted on the same date of each month from your bank account through this payment method. This facility is free of cost and you can easily set up your account and cancle anytime. If you want to escape from late fees this option is better for you.
- One Time Payment Method: If you don’t want to pay your mortgage each month, one time payment method is good for you. But you have to set a calender to know due date and grace period. If you cross your grace period, you have to pay some late fees as penalty.
- Payment by Phone Number: If you are not able to pay your mortgage by online or mailing address you can easily pay it by phone number. You can call on 888-480-2432 to pay by phone. You need to enter your account information at this time. You may be pay up to $14 as fee charge.

Besides, you can use monthly auto draft and send payments by Western Union and MoneyGram as well. To make payment online, you must sign in to your account at nationstarmtg.com using your User ID and Password. Moreover, you also need to log in to your account for setting up an automatic draft. This phone number is available Monday through Thursday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm CST, and Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm CST. This customer service could be more helpful if you are late payment in any month. You can ask mortgage department to know grace period payment without penalties. Usually this grace period should be 15 to 30 days. You can talk to a customer service representative for more information about your loan and also for services, such as requesting a payoff quote.
