Nationstar Mortgage holds a servicing portfolio of over 2.3 million customers nationwide. Founded in 1994 as Nova Credit Corporation, Nationstar Mortgage LLC is now one of the largest mortgage servicing companies in the country, operating in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Headquartered in Dallas, Nationstar Mortgage also originates mortgage loans under “Nationstar” and “Greenlight” (offered through Greenlight Financial Services) brands. Solutionstar is yet another division, providing technology and data enhanced solutions to homebuyers and businesses engaged in the origination and servicing of mortgage loans.

Nationstar Mortgage Payment

Nationstar allows you to pay online and also by mail or phone. Besides, you can use monthly auto draft and send payments by Western Union and MoneyGram as well. To make payment online, you must sign in to your account at nationstarmtg.com using your User ID and Password. Moreover, you also need to log in to your account for setting up an automatic draft. For any mortgage login issues, you can call the customer service phone number at 1-888-480-2432.

To pay by Western Union, you simply need to call the customer service number mentioned above and provide your account number and last four digits of your SSN. Another way to send payment by Western Union is to use Quick Collect. Call 1-800-325-6000 to ensure same-day delivery of your payment. Another option for same-day delivery is MoneyGram Express Payment, which you can have by calling 1-800-926-9400 and locating the nearest MoneyGram agent.

At Nationstar, you can also make bi-weekly payments instead of paying mortgages every month. The payment option, also known as equity accelerator, allows you to pay off faster and save on interest. To enroll for equity accelerator, you can call 1-800-458-1564 or 1-800-209-9700. The mailing address to send your payments is as follows.

Nationstar Mortgage Customer Service

The customer service phone number for mortgage, as you already know, is 1-888-480-2432. This phone number is available Monday through Thursday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm CST, and Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm CST. You can talk to a customer service representative for more information about your loan and also for services, such as requesting a payoff quote.

Please note that you also need to contact your insurance company and update the mortgagee clause if your loan has recently been transferred to Nationstar Mortgage for servicing. Here is what you need to update.

    I am trying to find out the amount that is going to be drafted from my account in April. Our payment went down and I need to know how much is going to be deducted from my account. I’ve tried calling 4 times only to be put on hold and then be disconnected. Very frustrating!

    I am personally fed up with Nationstar Mortgage. Since this company has taken over my account I am being shown as being $2000.00 behind on my payments. I have never missed a payment since I’ve owned my home. This is an embarrassment, ruining my credit. A collection group has been sent to my home to take photos as if im looking my home due to non payment which is completely false. Each month my wife calls and gets the a are response. “we see you haven’t missed a payment. It’s on our end and we have corrected the issue.” Due to nationionstar’s failure to correct this problem I feel there should be some legal action I should be able to take because really its my life and credit nationstar mortgage is irresponsibly ruining.

    Cannot sign in to make one time payment. Since this company took over my mtg, it has been a pain in my backside to make a payment. Of course they’ll be happy to do it for you for a fee. Accounts poorly managed!

    • I’ve got the same problem now that they’ve “improved” their on-line page. I keep going around in circles trying to log in, and customer service hasn’t a clue how to help except to say the site is locked for 24 hours, but they can take a payment over the phone for $25. I now hate this company and can hardly wait to get my house paid off. I find it extremely irritating that there is no on-line help. What is wrong with this outfit???

  4. Nationstar mortgage has one purpose. Not in favor of the borrower it seems. Regardless if the borrower makes payment. Nationstar is deliberate and strategic. Nationstar directs monies specifically designated by the borrower away from borrower mortgage account. Nationstar deliberate failure to apply these payments has a single purpose . To foreclose, take property regardless the cost, devastation to innocent people.

  5. I have to agree with all the above statements. It has been nothing but a kick in the solar plexus to deal with NationStar…every single month there is a reason they must be called to correct an error on their part. I have NEVER missed a payment and yet consistently having problems with them. Then talking to agents is much like dealing with elementary kids who have absolutely no idea what they are even doing and show very little respect to the customer-talking over, yelling, hanging up, put on hold in the middle of a sentence… Time to refinance with a local bank or credit union.

  6. I’ve been with N/S mortagage since 2004 I think it is , anyhow I’ve tried many! many times now with notes attached with my Ck. Via snail male, @ least 10 times now & also taking pics. of those notes! for proof if need b!, asking to Please!!! send me a paper bill, as for some reason I guess I’m just Old school!!, i just dont want to use my credit card. so far, no responce!!! 🙁 @ 81/2 %!!!!! I might add, such a fool I am, I know!…what to do, my credit is excellent! 🙂 for me it’s been lot of hard work to be faithful over the Yrs.!.. guess I should just go to another bank or just sell, it’s not a mantion, just a Sm. Log looking ranch in the Adirondacks. I owe bout $52,000 on it. I’m tired now thinking about it, so Gnite* y’all, j.c. over n out!.
